Cleveland Rugby Coalition is seeking a Compensated Level 200 Coach to:
Advance individual technical skills for all Coalition players,
Teach and enhance high level sevens on field tactical skills and strategy,
Plan, set up, execute, and evaluate two high-level practice sessions per week for up to 12 weeks,
Attend, coach, and assess performance at up to five Midwest Qualifiers and/or tournaments, and
Select and facilitate one A-side and one Developmental side per event.
The ideal candidate will be:
Motivated to lead an elite squad,
Experienced in high level sevens play,
A clear communicator,
Inspiring, with a positive attitude,
Able to receive and act upon feedback from players and executive board, and
Aligned with the Cleveland Rugby Coalition mission and goals.
The Cleveland Rugby Coalition:
Provides a seasonal stipend for high level coaching.
Executed a 7-tournament undefeated inaugural season in 2018.
Achieved 3rd place as a midwest sevens qualifier in 2019.
Has a dedicated leadership team that handles finances, equipment, and administrative duties.
Engages approximately 30 active, competitive, and dedicated members.
